HOW TO BUY

First step is choosing a collection (baby 0-12 months or child 1-4 years) and the article you wish.

Click on the article to have access to all the information, composition, available sizes, reference and price.

Select the item and add it to your shopping cart. Then you can continue to shop or finalizing your order.

If you choose finalizing your order, please select the payment method you want, Paypal or bank transfer. Confirm your request.

Then you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If you wish, you can also make your request directly to  noogmi@noogmi.com

Please send the reference and desired size.

You will receive an order confirmation by email, as well as the details necessary to make the payment.

All of our products are 100% handmade, so, there may be some differences between the imge on the website and the article you will receive.

We believe that everything that is Hand Made, has charm, value, attention and has passion, to every single detail, and for that reason all our pieces have all our love, love that is dedicated manufacturing.

PRICES

The price of Noogmi products, will always be the ones referenced in our website, except in the case of obvious error.

Although we will try to do everything possible to ensure that the prices posted on the site are correct, but errors can occur as we are humans.

If we detect an error in the price of an ordered item, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option to confirm or cancel your order. In the event that contact is nor possible, we consider the order canceled and all payments made will be refunded in full.

We are not obliged to supply any product with an incorrect price (even when we have already send the order confirmation) in case the error is evident and unequivocal and it can be recognized by the customer as an incorrect price.

All our prices are indicated in euros (€) and include Portuguese VAT (23%) for sales in all countries of the European Community. Sales to countries outside the European Community are invoiced without VAT.

These prices are subject to change without notice. With the exception of an obvious error, the changes do not affect the orders in which the order confirmation has already been sent.

These prices exclude shipping costs, which are to be added to the purchase price, depending on the country of destination.

 

All customs costs or additional fees are borne by the customer. We cannot tell or inform you what the additional costs are, as these vary from country to country. For more information, contact the Customs Services in your country.

PAYMENT'S

Payment can be made through bank transfer or PayPal.

The payments by transfer are made to the banking entity "Santander Totta"

In the order confirmation email you will find all the necessary data to make the payment.

The total value of the order must be made within a maximum period of 2 days (48H), with the following information:

Order number

Name and surname of the buyer in case of being private, or if appropriate the name of the company.

Baneficiary: Susana Alexandra Pereira de Melo

After 48 hours, if no payment is received, the order will be canceled.

CANCALLATION OF ORDER

If your order has not yes been sent, you can always cancel it, and the payment already made will be refunded.

DELIVERY

Your order can be shipped to Portugal and all countries in Europe.

If you wish to order to other destination, please contact us at noogmi@noogmi.com.

Shipping costs are free in European Union for orders over 50€. For other countries, the sipping amount is calculated at the end of your order. However for orders over 150€, shipping will be free.

All customs costs or additional fees are borne by the customer. We cannot tell or inform you what the additional costs are, as these vary from country to country. For more information, contact the Customs Services in your country.

The delivery of your order is done via CTT, for orders delivered in Portugal, by registered mail. In the case of orders delivered in other countries, the shipment is made by DHL, with the respective registration. You can fallow your order to your door, through a code that will be provided to you shortly after the shipment.

DELIVERY AND PRODUCTION TIME

The delivery and production time depends on the product chose and on the address to which the order will be sent.

Many of our products are produced to order, and made especially for each customer. Therefore, the delivery may not be immediate and the average delivery time will be presented in the description of each article. In case of a lack of fabric stock, it will take a period of 2 to 4 weeks, to proceed with the shipment, and this period is always dependent on confirmation of our suppliers.

If the item you have chosen, is in stock, we usually need 2 business days after receiving the payment to prepare and ship your order.

In no case Noogmi be liable for delays in the receipt of your order after it has been shipped and the respective registration code has been sent.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with Noogmi products, or if for any reason you need to change an item, you can always do so.

You have 14 days, after the date of receipt of the order.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the end of this period, by email to noogmi@noogmi.com, or by letter to the address indicated in the customer support, indicating the order number, article reference, as well as the reason of return or exchange.

 

The product must be returned in neww condition and without any signs of use. It must be shipped with the original packaging and original labels properly placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot assume any liability in case of loss or damage occurring when sending the returned product.

Upon receipt of the product and verified its good condition, the purchase value without shipping costs will be fully credited by the same payment method, within a maximum period of 14 days.

Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in case of return by default.

If you have found a defect in the product or have received a replacement item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

 

Our service will examine the product and after confirmation of defect, we will contact you to know if you want to be reimbursed or if you want to resend another new article.

In this situation, Noogmi assumes all costs of returning the item and will send a new one at no additional cost.

 

In case of exchange, you must always mention the number or article you wish to send to noogmi@noogmi.com, indicating the order number.

Shipping costs in the event of returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer, with the exception of returns by default.

NOTICE

To avoid damage on the product, do not use pointed or sharp objects to open the package.

Noogmi shall not be liable for any damages incurred during the opening of the packaging.

Because it is a online shop, the colors presented may be different from the actual ones, depending on the browser used, type of computer as well as color settings, etc.

For this reason Noogmi can not be held liable for these differences.
