E-GIFT CARDS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift cards are subject to www.noogmi.com Privacy Policy.

INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions apply to all E-Gift Cards issued by www.noogmi.com.

THE PURCHASE, USE OR ATTEMPT TO USE AN E-GIFT CARD CONSTITUTES ENTIRE ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

PURCHASING A E-GIFT CARD

- Select an amount of a E-Gift Card you want to offer, enter the email and name of the person who will receive the E-Gift Card (check if the email is correct).

- Choose the date you would like the E-Gift Card to be sent

- If you want to add a personal message to a E-Gift Card, just type your message in the message field during the purchase process. 

- You can pay for the E-Gift Card using any of the payment methods accepted on our website. Payment via an E-Gift Card is not accepted.

- After finalizing the payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

- The recipient of the E-Gift Card receives an email with the subject "You have just received a gift card from XXX" (with the name of the person offering). A unique code for using the E-Gift Card appears in the email.

USING YOUR A E-GIFT CARD

- Your E-Gift Card can only be used to make purchases on www.noogmi.com.

- E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift Cards.

- E- Gift Card is valid for a single purchase with a value equal to or greater than that shown on the E-Gift Card.

- The use of the E-Gift Card requires the application of the respective code which will automatically subtract the value of the card from the total of your purchase. For this, during payment, you must select the option Redeem a Gift Card and enter the unique code of the E-Gift Card.

- If you make a purchase with a value that is higher than the value of the E-Gift Card, you must pay the remainder using another payment method accepted on our website.

- If the E-Gift Card exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance on the E-Gift Card cannot be redeemed.

- Any value of your E-Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Not combinable with other promotions.

E-GIFT CARD VALIDITY

- The E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Once the period expires, the E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase items, nor can the balance be claimed.

REFOUND OF E-GIFT CARDS

The return of any unused E-Gift Card will be accepted under the following conditions:

- The request must be made within 14 working days from the date of purchase
- The return will only be made upon the request of the respective buyer
- The amount paid by the E-Gift Card will be refunded using the same payment method used in its purchase. To do so, confirmation of the respective payment must be presented
- The value of the E-Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash

EXCHANGE OF ITEMS PURCHASED WITH E-GIFT CARDS

The exchange of items purchased with an E-Gift Card is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the website www.noogmi.com.

RETURN OF ITEMS PURCHASED WITH E-GIFT CARDS

Return of items purchased with an E-Gift Card is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the website www.noogmi.com.

The refund of items purchased with the E-Gift Card that are returned will be made in the form of a Voucher, under the following conditions:
- The voucher is valid for the purchase of items during the remaining period of the initial E-Gift Card. Your balance will not be refunded or redeemed for cash. Voucher will not be replaced in case of theft, loss or damage.

For items paid for with a E-Gift Card and another payment method, will be refunded using the same payment method up to the amount of your initial E-Gift Card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of a Voucher.

- The voucher is valid for the purchase of items during the remaining period of the initial E-Gift Card. Your balance will not be refunded or redeemed for cash. Voucher will not be replaced in case of theft, loss or damage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ownership and risk of loss of the E-Gift Cards pass to the buyer as soon as the buyer receives confirmation of purchase of an E-Gift Card.

- The E-Gift Card cannot be used for advertising or promotion of articles or services sold by third parties, unless the issuing entity has given its prior written consent.

- E-Gift Cards acquired by any illegal means will be considered null and void and cannot be used to purchase items, nor can their value be refunded.

- In case of fraud, attempted deception or suspected other illegal activities in connection with the redemption of E-Gift Cards on www.noogmi.com, we have the right to terminate your account and/or require a different method of payment.

- We do not assume any responsibility for the loss or theft of an E-Gift Cards.

- We are not responsible for errors in the email address given to us when purchasing an E-Gift Card.

- Whenever an E-Gift Card is purchased, we will not be responsible for the non-receipt or delay of receipt by the respective recipient for reasons beyond our control, including, among others:

 . deficiencies or breakdown of telecommunications lines/systems

 . delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur in any of the situations provided for in the above paragraph

 . incorrect E-Gift Card recipient data provided by the buyer

 . impossibility of delivering the E-Gift Card to the email address provided, or the fact that the email sent is considered spam or unwanted email

REASONS FOR FAILURE TO DELIVER E-GIFT CARDS

If you have confirmed the recipient's email address, but the E-Gift Card was not received/viewed within a reasonable time after the purchase date, below is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

- Spam filter blocked the email or forwarded it to a spam folder
- The recipient's firewall blocked the email
- The email inbox exceeded the size limit
- Invalid email address

If a spam filter is preventing emails from noogmi@noogmi.com from reaching an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that emails coming from "noogmi@noogmi.com" do not are considered spam.

CHANGING THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We reserves the right to make any changes to the website or to these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice, so we suggest that you check this page regularly.

- The customer is subject to the Terms and Conditions in force on the date of his order, unless the law or competent authority imposes any changes to them.
